Meet Bern
My great grandma Bernice was quite the woman and quite the artist. She picked up painting later in life and especially loved painting flowers. She was ahead of her time, brave, bold, sweet, a little spunky, and always elegant. I love her artwork, but even more than that, I love the woman behind it. The Bern Print Club is my little way of celebrating her creativity, her personality, and the beautiful legacy she left behind.
The other half of Bern comes from Bern, Switzerland. My travels through Europe completely stole my heart, but Switzerland especially. The mountains, wildflowers, charming towns, and ridiculously beautiful views felt like artwork everywhere I looked. These prints are my way of capturing even a little piece of that beauty and bringing it home with me.
